| I'm currently in my 7th year as a mortgage lender. My customers including the DeMatha guys I've worked with have relied on me for thorough product research as well as responsive communication. Short story: I work hard. I specialize in 2 areas: 1) Many people my age are buying their first homes. I know about every grant program, Mortgage Credit, and tax deduction for first-time homebuyers throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. 2) I got into real estate investing a few year ago, and currently have 2 houses in Baltimore (just sold one). Because of this, I have taken an interest in rehab, investment, and commercial products. My company is very well-networked in this area and I love talking real estate and helping investors strategize and execute.Currently based in Tyson's VA, living in DC with my girlfriend, often back "home" in Bolton Hill Baltimore. |
